Many of our products are produced on demand after an order is placed.

8. Shipping

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees.

Incorrect addresses
Customs processing
Events outside our reasonable control

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Orders may arrive in multiple shipments when different products are fulfilled from different facilities.

11. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If a carrier marks an order as delivered but the package cannot be located, we may ask you to:

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or intellectual property.
