Our products are fulfilled through print-on-demand production partners and may be produced at different facilities depending on the item and delivery destination.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because most products are made specifically for your order, we generally don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

How do I choose the right size?
Each apparel product includes a size guide. We recommend comparing the measurements with a shirt or hoodie you already own and like the fit of.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may enter production quickly. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change, but we can’t guarantee changes once fulfillment has started.
Do you offer matching couples products?
Yes. Some designs are made specifically as matching or coordinating sets, while others are designed to work individually too.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely. Cute But Taken products are great for anniversaries, birthdays, Valentine’s Day, engagements, and just-because gifts.
